Cancellation and refunds
25 October 2026How to cancel Pro, and what happens to what you have paid.
Plans
Free includes 500 tool calls a week for each computer, pooled across the organization. Pro costs $10 a month for each computer, in US dollars, and is billed monthly through Razorpay. The billing cycle starts when you first subscribe. Computers you add during a cycle are charged pro rata for the rest of that cycle, then renew with the rest. Removing a computer takes effect at the next renewal. Prices are on the pricing page.
Cancel any time
You can cancel Pro at any time on the Billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the organization returns to Free. There is nothing to pay when you cancel.
Refunds
We do not refund a period that has started, in whole or in part, and we do not refund unused time after you cancel. If you were charged in error, such as twice for the same period, email us and we will correct it.
Invoices
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Golain Systems Private Limited is the seller and may appear on invoices and card statements.
