Terms of use
25 October 2026 · Early accessOmega Relay is in early access from Golain Systems Private Limited. These terms are the rules for using it. A screen, installer, or capability may be missing.
The service
Omega Relay is a website, a desktop app and a remote MCP endpoint in front of a computer you connect. An assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude or Grok can use only the computers and capabilities you grant. The Mac app runs on macOS 13 or later on Apple Silicon. The Windows app runs on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11, with Files, Terminal and Screen & control. Linux servers get Files and Terminal from the install command.
There are five capabilities, and each is optional: Files, Terminal, Browser, Screen & control, and Agents. You can also add capabilities of your own.
Plans and payment
Free has no fee. Pro is a subscription billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, for each computer in the organization, at the price on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and Golain Systems Private Limited is the seller. Cancelling and refunds work as the cancellation and refunds page says.
Who may connect a computer
You may connect a computer only if you own it or someone with authority has allowed you to operate it and to allow what you choose on it. You may grant an assistant only what you are allowed to do on that computer.
You may not use Omega Relay to reach an account, computer, folder, or file you are not allowed to use, to bypass a grant or a pause, or to present a computer as yours when it is not.
What you grant
Signing in does not give an assistant access to your computer. Two choices decide what an assistant can do, and both are yours.
- In the desktop app, you choose what that computer allows at all: Full access, or individual capabilities. This can be changed only in the app on that computer.
- When an assistant connects, you choose what that assistant gets on each computer: Full access, or individual capabilities. An assistant never gets more than the computer allows.
Full access covers every capability the computer allows now and any it allows later, including Screen & control. A grant of chosen capabilities stays limited to what you approved. An assistant cannot install, update or remove a capability, and it cannot change its own access. An assistant with Full access may approve a capability you added yourself, after you agree to it in the conversation.
A capability is used only while the computer is online, the capability is installed and turned on there, and any operating-system permission it needs has been given.
What the capabilities can do
- Files reads, searches and edits within what you chose in the app: your Home folder, the entire disk, or folders you choose. It can also share a file from one of your computers to another.
- Terminal runs commands with your normal user permissions. What you chose for Files does not restrict commands, which can change files and access the network.
- Browser reads and acts in the Chrome tabs you share, in your signed-in profile.
- Screen & control reads what is on the screen and can click, type and scroll in any application on the computer.
- Agents hands a task to an agent program installed on the computer. That program runs with your normal user permissions and under its own provider’s terms.
These run as you on that computer. They are not a wall against other programs already running as you. What an assistant does with a capability you granted, it does as you, in your accounts. Give it only what the task needs, and follow the terms of the sites and services you ask it to use.
Commands, edits, shares, browser, screen and agent calls must reach the computer while their signed authorization is valid, within 60 seconds. An interrupted or uncertain action is not automatically repeated. A timeout or unknown result does not undo changes already made.
Stopping access
- Disconnecting an assistant from a computer, or removing the assistant, blocks its new calls. Work already queued or running can still finish. It does not remove the computer or past activity.
- Pausing blocks new calls to every computer, or to one. It does not cancel a call already queued, and it does not delete the enrollment.
- Turning a capability off in the desktop app stops new use of it on that computer. Turning Terminal off does not close terminal sessions that are already open: close those yourself. Turning Agents off stops agent tasks that are running.
- Removing a computer from your account deletes Relay’s grants and activity for it. It can come back only by being connected again.
- Disconnect this Mac, after you confirm it, stops the agent and clears local credentials and access choices on that computer. If the stop is not confirmed, the computer is not signed out and local data stays.
- Signing out of the website ends that browser session. An assistant’s access stays until you remove it or it expires.
Your account and the assistant
You need an account with a verified email. Keep the password to yourself. The password is sent to the identity service and is not stored by Omega Relay. The assistant receives a token for the computers and capabilities you approved. It does not receive your password or your browser session.
A granted call can return file text, command output, page content, pictures of a tab or the screen, and an agent program’s output to the assistant you connected. That assistant’s provider has its own terms for what it keeps. The privacy page says what Omega Relay keeps.
Availability
Early access is provided as it is available. A capability can be absent until that computer has it installed and ready. Setting up an assistant can depend on its provider’s plan or workspace settings. The text on this page is the current text, dated above. A later published page replaces it for use after that date.
